We were referred to UltraPro painters from a friend that I work with, as they recently painted his house. Mark, the owner of UltraPro, came out personally to give us an estimate, and he was very professional and thorough, explaining everything he would do when he painted the house. We asked if we could take a look at any recent houses he had painted, and he immediately gave us 2 houses to look at. After we checked them out, and reviewing a quote from another company, we decided to use UltraPro to paint our house. From start to finish, Mark explained everything to us completely, and also guided us on what type of paint would work best on our 99 year old house. We actually were between two colors, and he helped us pick the color that he thought would look best with our house. He was professional, neat, and courteous the entire time he was there. Our house came out beautiful, just what we had hoped for. We had a problem with one of the gutters which was no fault of Marks, and he even fixed the problem for us at no charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again, and I highly recommend him to anyone that is thinking about getting their house painted. We are completely satisfied with Mark, and UltraPro painters. Mark and Adam were meticulous and careful in their scraping and preparation of the cedar clapboard siding on the exterior of my 1930 house in the Park Avenue neighborhood, removing all the loose and weak paint before priming and painting the entire structure. They were very neat and thorough with sealing and painting all edges and surfaces, and Mark was especially good about wrapping up loose ends before finishing the job, doing final caulking and painting, which I appreciated. So far the house looks great with Sherwin Williams flat Resilience exterior latex, and I am optimistic that this paint job will last longer than the previous one with Muralo. Katie Schmitz.
